Configure Index command
The Configure Index command enables you to change index
information for an existing index.
When you select an index in the Index Manager, then select the
Configure Index command, the Index Information dialog box
shown in Figure 4–60 appears. Here you can change any of the
information (directories, extensions, and schedule) that you
originally defined for the index.
For more information, refer to "Creating and defining an index"
later in this chapter.
Delete Index command
The Delete Index command enables you to delete an existing
index. Select an index in the Index Manager, then select the
Delete Index command.
A message appears asking you to confirm the deletion of the
index. Click Yes to delete the index, or No to cancel the operation.
Change Schedule command
The Change Schedule command displays a dialog box that lets you
specify or change when an index is to be updated (Figure 4–61).
