Remove Background Tint command
As illustrated in Figure 4–9 earlier in this chapter, Pagis (XIF)
documents can be segmented into a number of layers.
If Pagis Pro detects background tint in a scanned document, it
creates a separate layer in the XIF file for this tint.
To improve readability, or for other reasons, you may want to
remove this tint. If so, simply use the Remove Background Tint
command.
Convert Text to Black command
As illustrated in Figure 4–9 earlier in this chapter, Pagis (XIF)
documents can be segmented into a number of layers.
If Pagis Pro detects colored text in a scanned document, it creates
a separate layer in the XIF file for this colored text.
If for any reason you want to remove the color text, use the
Convert Text to Black command.
Image Properties command
The Image Properties command presents a dialog box of
information about the current page (Figure 4–51).
