Thumbnail view enables
you to identify a document
at a glance

A simple yet powerful Pagis Inbox feature is the Thumbnails
view, which you get by selecting the Thumbnails command in the
View menu.
When you do, scanned XIF documents, and many other electronic
documents, are shown as miniature versions ("thumbnails") of
the actual document (Figure 4–4).

In addition to XIF, file formats that can be viewed as thumbnails
in the Pagis Inbox or any Pagis Folder include JPEG, GIF, BMP,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPerfect, HTML, and many more.
Pagis Pro also provides a number of ways to affect the
appearance of thumbnails in the Pagis Inbox (or any Pagis
Folder), as follows:
Thumbnail size—To change the size of thumbnails:
In the View menu, click the Options command.
In the Pagis Folder tab, type in a new Thumbnail Size, or
click on the or
Thumbnail popups—In a default Explorer view (for example,
Large Icons, Small Icons, List, Details, when you point to a file,
its thumbnail "pops up" if you have this feature turned on.
