To change login module to Radius:
Select Radius radio button.
Click Change.
The Login Module Options popup window appears with the following details:

Click OK.

Radius.
CiscoWorks Radius module.
Set to module type servername,
radius.company.com.
Set to 1645. Attempt to override it only if
your authentication server was configured
with a non-default port.
Enter the secret key.
Set to False. Set to True for debugging
purposes, when requested by your customer
service representative.
Set the option for fallback to the
CiscoWorks Local module if the alternative
service fails.
