DSR is always on.
DSR functions as defined in ITU-T recommendation V.24.
Table 3-96: +IDSR Extended Syntax Commands
Sets how the modem manages DSR.
Displays the current parameter value.
Displays the available parameter values for the +IDSR command.
Use this command to select the local flow control method. The input parameters
of the +IFC command overwrite the settings of the \Q and \X<value> commands.
The reverse is also true. By modifying the settings of the \Q and \X<value>
commands, the +IFC command parameters are overwritten.
OK if <DCE by DTE> = 0—3 and <DTE by DCE> = 0—2.
ERROR if <DCE by DTE> does not equal 0—3 or <DTE by DCE> does not equal
0—2. The following combinations are accepted by the modem.
