+FRS=<value> causes the modem to listen and wait for <value> x 10 ms of
silence to be detected on the line. For example, <value> = 5 results in a 50 ms
interval. At the end of this period, the modem responds with the OK result code.
<value> has a range of 0—255.
OK if <value> = 0—255.
ERROR if <value> does not equal 0—255.
The +FTH=<mod> command causes the modem to transmit data framed in the
HDLC protocol at the modulation defined by Table 4-12: +FTH Commands on
page 67.
