N<value>—Modulation Handshake
Result codes:
Use this command to set the monitor speaker volume setting when the speaker is
on. Result codes:
OK if <value> = 0—3.
ERROR if <value> does not equal 0—3.

Low volume.
Low volume.
Medium volume (default).
High volume.
Use this command to turn the monitor speaker on or off. Result codes:
OK if <value> = 0—3.
ERROR if <value> does not equal 0—3.
Table 3-10: M<value> Commands
Speaker is off.
Speaker is on until the modem detects the carrier signal (default).
Speaker is always on when the modem is off-hook.
Speaker is on until the carrier is detected, except when dialing.
Use this command to set the modem protocol for handling handshake negotiation
at connection time if the communication speed of the remote modem is different
from the speed of the local modem.
OK if <value> = 0—1.
ERROR if <value> does not equal 0—1.
