Failed to send via FTP.
Check the FTP settings.

Check the destination folder path.

When entering the destination information, make sure that the login user name
and password of the destination computer, and the destination folder path are
correct.

NOTE
If no path is entered, the file is stored in the home directory.
To specify a destination registered in the address book, proceed to the next step.

Check the Address Book
1 [System Menu/Counter] key > [Function Settings] > [Address Book] > [Add/Edit Machine Address Book]
2 Select the information icon for the destination.
3 Make sure that the destination folder path is correct.
NOTE
If no path is entered, the file is stored in the home directory.
If it is incorrect, correct it.
4 [Register] > [OK]
Register the changed destination.
