The air bleeding operations in the front braking system
must be carried out in the following order:
Remove the protection cap of the air valve of the
pliers (2) and insert the end of a transparent flexible
tube (1).
The other end is to remain free inside a receptacle
(3).
Remove the cap of the brake oil tank and check that
the oil is at the maximum level: if necessary, refill
with oil (see "Lubricants chart" - page 85).
Slowly and fully pull (2 -3) the control lever; keep
the lever pulled, open the air valve (2) until the oil,
or even air bubbles, begin coming out from the
tube.
Shut the valve and release the brake lever.
Repeat the operation described above until no more
air bubbles, visible in the oil, come out from the
valve.
Screw up the valve (2) remove the flexible tube (1)
carefully avoiding staining with oil the pads or the
disc.
Put back the protection cap, refill the tank up to the
maximum level and carefully close it.
