Remove the gasket.

Fill the tank with brake fluid (see "Lubricant Chart" -
page 85) until this covers the glass completely (1-
Fig. 17).

Put the gasket back.
-
Put the cover (2-Fig. 18) back and fasten the screws
(1-Fig. 18).
-
Reassemble the handlebar cover (see page 73).
-
Check the braking efficiency.
If necessary, contact your Aprilia Authorized
Dealer.

In case of excessive stroke of the brake lever, of ex-
cessive elasticity or in case there is air in the circuit,
contact your Aprilia Authorized Dealer, since it may
be necessary to bleed the system. In any case, the
bleeding must be carried out after the first 1000 km.
