FUNCTIONING
To block the steering, turn the handlebar completely to
the left with the key (1) on the "OFF" position, press
the key, release it and turn it to the "LOCK" position.
Extract the key.
Never turn the key to the "LOCK" position
while driving in order to avoid losing the
control of the scooter.
