After entering cockpit

1. Emergency Parachute System handle - Check if it is locked
2. Adjust seat position, lock seat by locking mechanism
3. Canopy - Close and
4. Seat belts – fasten and tighten
5. Head sets - put on head, adjust head band and microphone position
6. Control stick – free motion throughout its entire range of deflection
7. Landing gear lever - must be in "DOWN" position (check)
8. Master switch – switch "ON"

Starting the engine

1. Space behind the ULL aircraft - Check before starting the engine
2. Throttle - CLOSE for cold engine (alternatively use choke) or 1/3 throttle for warm engine (do not use choke)
3. Fuel gauges – check fuel quantity
4. Fuel cock – OPEN the fuel tank with greater fuel quantity
capacity, it is necessary to switch fuel cock to the left fuel tank)
5. Nose wheel - set to straight direction
6. Engine and Flight instruments - check values
7. Magneto A switch – switch "ON"
8. Magneto B switch – switch "ON"
9. Fuel pump – switch "ON"
10. Brakes - use brakes or wheel chocks
11. Area around propeller – clear of obstructions, animals or people
12. Starter button - press until the engine starts to run
13. Set engine speed after start up – 2000 RPM
14. Check oil and fuel pressure
15. Engine isntruments - check for any error messages
16. Choke - deactivate as soon as the engine runs smoothly (if has been used)
17. Toggle switches and avionics – switch them "ON"
18. Electrical charging - check function
