3.3.21. Loss primary instruments

EFIS unit malfunction or failure

Garmin G5 circuit braker -"ON" (check)

Garmin G5 circuit braker - re-activate "OFF"/"ON"

If Garmin G5 unit does not turn "ON" , then

Continue the flight with use of backup instruments and refer to the:
- Position of the ULL aircraft to the horizon
- Altitude above ground
- Throttle lever position
- Engine noise in the cockpit
- Land at the nearest airport

3.3.22. Loss of flight control

Lateral (roll) control failure

Longitudinal (pitch) control failure
3.
Directional (yaw) control failure

proceed as Emergency landing to terrain (see Art. 3.3.2).
Emergency landing to terrain according to Art. 3.3.2.
- Use elevator and rudder control for ULL aircraft banking
Avoid steep turns – keep less than 15° of bank!
- Use elevator trim and throttle for ULL aircraft pitch control
Avoid abrupt manoeuvres! A longer runway will be need for landing!
Do not extend wing flaps!
- Use elevator and aileron control for ULL aircraft steering.
