CAUTION
30-Day Service
Items on this checklist should be inspected before each work shift. Refer to the Operator's Manual.
The 30 day maintenance procedure is a one-time procedure to be performed after the first 30 days or
40 hours of usage.
Maintaining the tires and wheels in good condition is essential to safe operation and good
performance. Tire and/or wheel failure could result in a machine tip-over. Component damage may
also result if problems are not discovered and repaired in a timely fashion.
1. Check the tire surface and sidewalls for cuts, cracks, punctures and unusual wear.
2. Check each wheel for damage, bends and cracks.
3. Remove the wheel covers and check each center lock nut for proper torque and presence of
cotter pin.
