10.4.7 Check pressure drop at the dust filter

Check the pressure drop at the dust filter. If P ≥ 0.2 bar or after 2 years at
the latest, replace the filter cartridge.

Drain condensation water

10.5
Drain the condensation water at least once a week. After suctioning damp or wet
loads, drain the condensation water daily.
1. Open the drain plug (19.1)
and allow the condensation
to drain off.
2. Close the drain plug.

Cleaning the dust filter

10.6
1. Switch off the vacuum generator.
2. Ensure that no stored residual vacuum remains in the vacuum
circuit. If necessary, ventilate the vacuum accumulator.
3. Clean or replace the filter cartridge in accordance with the operating instructions for the
dust filter.
4. Replace heavily soiled or damaged filter cartridges.

Cleaning the lifting device

10.7
Only clean the lifting device with an active cleaning agent containing surfactants (pH-neutral).
NOTE
Clean the suction plates at least once a week with a soft brush and an active cleaning agent containing
surfactants (pH-neutral).

Aggressive cleaning agent
Damage to the suction plates and vacuum hoses!
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents such as cold cleaners,
carbon tetrachloride, hydrocarbons or vinegar cleaners for
cleaning.
Do not use any sharp-edged objects (wire brushes, sandpaper, etc.).
