Maintenance
• Clean mechanically at the same time (soft brush or ultrasound).
• Allow to dry at room temperature.
• Replace damaged or worn suction plates or sealing lips (e.g. with cracks,
holes or corrugations) immediately.
When replacing the sealing lip, ensure that the suction connection is not
covered by the sealing lip.
• Always replace all suction plates or sealing lips on multiple suction pads!

Check V-belt tension

Check the V-belt tension once a month.
The V-belt (23.3) must not be able to be pushed through more than 1 cm.
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. Loosen the four
fastening screws of
the vacuum pump
(23.5).
3. Loosen both lock nuts (23.7).
4. Tighten both hexagon head screws (23.6) until the V-belt
(23.3) is correctly tensioned.
5. Ensure that the V-belt pulleys are aligned.
6. Tighten both lock nuts (23.7) again.
Reattach the protective cover.
