Press the button (16.3) for approx. 1 second.
Warning tone
Warning tone approx. 2 seconds.
Interval warning tone (0.050 seconds
ON/ 2 seconds OFF).
No warning tone.

10.4.3 Check alarm threshold

1. Switch on the vacuum generator.
2. Place the lifting device on a load with an absorbent, smooth surface, e.g. a metal
sheet.

3. Press the Load suction button ().
4. As soon as the vacuum has built up, create a leak at the sealing lip.


If the negative pressure falls below the minimum vacuum of -0.6 bar, the warning
tone must sound.
• The alarm threshold of the warning device is set to the lifting device at
the factory. Never adjust the alarm threshold.

10.4.4 Replace batteries

The batteries of the warning device must be replaced annually.
1. Remove the housing cover.
2. Replace the batteries with batteries of the same type (> see Technical data section).
3. Reattach the housing cover.
4. Dispose of the empty batteries in accordance with the country-specific regulations.
5. Check the function of the warning device.
Remove the batteries if the lifting device is not used for a longer period of time.
