10.1.1 Safety instructions for maintenance

The lifting device may only be installed and maintained by qualified electricians
and mechanics.
The personnel must have read and understood the operating instructions.

10.1.2 Protective equipment

The following protective equipment is required for installation,
troubleshooting and maintenance work:
• Safety shoes
• Sturdy work gloves depending on the load

• Observe country-specific regulations.
• Observe the inspection dates prescribed by the country of use.
• Only authorise the lifting device for use after it has been approved by the authorities.
The inspector may only affix the inspection sticker if the inspection has been carried out successfully.

Risk of injury due to negative pressure!
Switch off the vacuum generator before troubleshooting or
maintenance work.
Ensure that no stored residual vacuum remains in the vacuum circuit.
Risk of injury due to improper maintenance or troubleshooting
Check the proper functioning of the product, especially the
safety devices, after every maintenance or troubleshooting
operation.
