11.1
The lifting device may only be taken out of service and prepared for disposal by
qualified personnel.
Take the lifting device out of operation
11.2
1. Switch off the lifting device safely.
2. In the event of a defect, clearly label the lifting device.
3. Empty the fuel tank properly. Dispose of the fuel in accordance with the
country-specific regulations.
4. Remove the lifting device from the hoist.
5. Dismantle the suction plates.
6. If necessary, pull protective covers over all suction plates.
7. Store the lifting device without damaging it and secure it against unauthorised use.

8. Take the lifting device out of operation.
9. Dismantle and dispose of the suction plates.
10. Dismantle and dispose of the combustion engine in accordance with the
separate operating instructions.
11. Dismantle and dispose of the vacuum generator in accordance with the
separate operating instructions.
12. Dismantle and dispose of the base module.
For proper disposal, please contact a disposal company for technical goods with
the instruction to observe the disposal and disposal regulations applicable at
that time.
