Range: 0000 to FFFF hex.
Bits 0 to 15 correspond to each interrupt task. The meaning of the individual flags is
as follows:
0: Up-differentiation (Detect rising edge.)
1: Down-differentiation (Detect falling edge.)
0000 hex: Up-differentiation (Detect rising edge.)
0001 hex: Down-differentiation (Detect falling edge.)
