C = 0023 hex: 100-ms sampling method for high frequency (supported only by CJ1M CPU Units Ver. 3.0 or later)
C = 0033 hex: 1-s sampling method for high frequency (supported only by CJ1M CPU Units Ver. 3.0 or later)
