0: Bit address output only (hexadecimal)
8: Bit address and message output (ASCII)
(Including message display for the time monitoring function)
T: Monitoring Time
T must be between 0 and 9,999 decimal (between 0000 and 270F hex). A value of 0 disables time
monitoring; values in the range of 1 to 270F set the monitoring time from 0.1 to 999.9 seconds.
