Two or more global subroutine programs can be programmed in interrupt task 0. In this case, interrupt
task 0 can be divided and used as the subroutine function's task.

When CIO 0.01 is ON, global subroutine

It is possible to debug problems
within particular tasks by using
regular subroutines in the local task
only as well as global subroutines
that are shared with other tasks.
