VII. Checking of synchronizing disc signals
•
Turn handwheel to move needle bar to bottom dead centre (BDC).
What to test:
•
Turn handwheel to check signals 1; 2
and 3 on needle position bar.
Note: The front cover must be attached to the
machine, properly positioned and fastened with
the screws.
Repair notes:
•
If the sequence is correct but
not the timing, check
position of synchronizing disc.

Check required position of light prism on PCBA-Base.
•
Check required position of PCBA-Base.
•
Replace PCBA-Base
Do not remove or plug in any connections when the sewing computer is switched on or
connected to the power supply.
VIII. Checking of winder-motor switch
What to test:
•
If the winder-motor switch is moved to left (switch on), the
item below 4 lights up on the needle position bar.
Repair notes:
•
Check cables and connectors for deformation
and/or wear and tear.
•
Replace winder.
•
Replace PCBA-Base
Do not remove or plug in any connections when the sewing computer is switched on or
connected to the power supply.
