Test 11 Display of RPM calibration factor

•
Select test no. 11.
What to test:
•
The value is an indicator of the electronic RPM setting.
Target state:
•
Normally the factor is between 160 and 200.
•
The higher the value the stiffer the running of the machine,
and vice-versa.
Press clr to exit test and to return to service program basic position.
Repair notes:
•
Check machine for mechanical stiff-running.
•
Check cables and connectors for deformation and/or wear and tear.
•
Replace PCBA-Base
•
Replace PCBA-Power
•
Replace main motor.
Do not remove or plug in any connections when the sewing computer is switched on
or connected to the power supply.

Test 12 Start/Stop function

•
Select test no. 12.
•
Press foot control and keep pressed or press Start-/Stop
button.
What to test:
•
Endurance-test machine.
Target state:
•
Machine alternates between approx. 7 seconds running and approx. 7 seconds halt.
Press clr to exit test and to return to service program basic position.
