Assembly:
•
Fasten stepping motor
with two screws 14
(T10 M3X6).
•
Powering the stepping
motor: First reconnect
stepping motor to PCBA-
base, then PCBA-base to
PCBA-power, only then
reconnect to power cable.
•
Start machine in service
program and select test 8
(stepping motors pinning
positions).
•
Place 0.5mm feeler
gauge a on motor carrier
and position gear pinion.
•
Remove O-ring seal b
and set gear pinion
against stop clockwise.
•
Retighten setscrew 13
(T6 3X4), reposition O-washer b and remove
feeler gauge a.
•
Exit the service program and switch machine off.
•
Reattach carrier plate and fasten with springs 18
and 20.
•
Use size 3 screwdriver to release toothed
segment.
•
Slide crankshaft into spherical bearing in such way
that the first tooth of the toothed segment comes
before the first tooth of the gear pinion.
•
Slide stitch length gear fully back into machine.
•
Reposition clamp and retighten three screws 22
(T20 M4X10).
Recheck: Make sure that the meshing hasn't
shifted.
•
Rehook tension springs 13, 23 and 28.
•
Slide balance shaft 3 back in and fasten with
screw 5 (T10 30X10).
•
Loosen screw 7 (T20 M4X10) and pin crankshaft
using pinning tool 002733.50.00.
•
Press toothed segment against stop and retighten
screw 7.
•
Refit covers.
•
Fine-adjust balance
•
Calibrate speed
