II. Speed control calibration
•
With config button keeping pressed, press key 6.
•
Position speed control to left (see arrow in display).
•
Press start/stop button.
•
Position speed control to right (see arrow in display).
•
Press start/stop button.
•
The value is saved and the basic menu reappears.
Repair notes:
•
Check speed control for dirt and mechanical ease of movement.
•
Replace PCBA-Base
Do not remove or plug in any connections when the sewing computer is switched on or
connected to the power supply.
III. Calibrating buttonhole foot with slide 3A
•
Set feed-dog to sewing.
•
Attach buttonhole foot with slide 3A.
•
Put slide in centre position and lower presser foot.
•
Let adjusting filter no. 008 961.70.00 snap onto presser-foot
bar from right.
•
In order to achieve sufficient feed-dog movement, the
needle bar must be set downward by maximum 1cm from
the upper needle stop.
•
Press buttonhole buttons A and B simultaneously.
Target state:
•
Feed-dog keeps moving back and forth until end of
calibration of buttonhole.
•
Item in needle-position bar runs from left to right.
•
Stitch-length and stitch-width bar fill.
•
If calibration was successful, OK appears.
•
Press clr button to save the value and to return to basic
menu.
•
The machine cancels calibration if carried out
unsuccessfully, and F (for 'Fehler' [error]) appears.
•
The procedure must be repeated.
