Install the battey tray.
Install the cramp, screws and tighen it.
Install the battery box.
Install the following:
- Battery (page 15-5)
- Starter relay (page 17-11)
- Side cover (page 2-2).
- Seat (page 2-2).

Remove the fuel tank (page 2-5).
Disconnect the N0.5 tube, N0.11 tube, fuel lube, air vent tube
and drain tube.
Loosen the i n surator band screw.
Loosen the connecting tube band screw (page 5-4).
Disconnect the air cut-off valve tube, air vent tube and drain
tube.
Loosen the throttle cable adjuster lock nuts and adjuster.
Disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle drum and re-
move the caburetor body.
