Remove the clutch center, judder spring, spring
seat,
clutch
discs A, clutch disc B, clutch plates, spline washer, pressure
plate.
INSPECTION
Clutch lifter bearing
Turn the i n ner rece of the l i fter braring with your finger.
The bearing should turn smoothly and freely without
excessive play.
If necessary replace the bearing.
Clutch spring
Check the clutch spring for fatigue or other damage.
Measure the clutch spring free length.
SERVICE LIMIT: 34.7 mm (1.37 in)
Clutch disc
Check the clutch discs for signs of scoring or discoloration.
