software which you must enter through the FACI when the Fiery EX2101 is started or
rebooted.
For the Server processes, you can set or change the Administrator password from the
Fiery EX2101 Control Panel, and both Administrator and Operator passwords from
local Setup or remote Setup.
When the Fiery EX2101 is installed, there are no passwords. If you do not create
passwords, users are not required to enter a password to modify the Setup or use the
administrator/operator functions in the job management tools. We strongly recommend
that you set at least an Administrator password to protect the Fiery EX2101 from
unauthorized changes to Setup. If a password is set previously, you are required to enter
it when you run Setup or access the job management tools with certain privileges.
