Important:
Epson recommends the use of genuine Epson ink supply units to ensure the best printer performance. The use of
non-genuine products may cause the printer to become unable to function as intended, including negative effects on
the print quality as well as the printer itself. Epson cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-genuine
products. Repairs for printer damage or failures that occur due to the use of non-genuine products are subject to
charges, even during the warranty period.
When the remaining amount of ink falls below the limit, the printer automatically switches the ink supply to the
other ink supply unit of the same color. Printing will continue as it is, so replace the ink supply unit whose
remaining quantity is below the limit and refill it with ink while the currently operating ink supply unit has
sufficient ink. Ink supply units that are not in operation can be replaced even during printing. If the remaining
quantity of two ink supply units of the same color (or all four for Pre Treatment Liquid and Over-Coating Liquid)
falls below the limit, printing will not be possible. Follow the procedure given below to replace the ink supply units.
