Accessing Visual Voicemail messages

About this task
The counter next to the Inbox field displays the number of unread voice messages and the
number of unread call recordings. If there are no new call recordings, the counter displays the
unread voice messages.
Before you begin
Your phone administrator must enable this feature.
Procedure
1. Press Main menu > Applications > Visual Voicemail.
2. (Optional) Enter your passcode.
3. Toggle to Inbox and press Select.
The phone displays the list of voice messages. Unread messages are marked with a red
dot.

Select a voice message to view options.

Playing back a Visual Voicemail message

About this task
Play back a voice message from your Visual voicemail inbox. You can pause and resume a voice
message during playback. You can also use the Play soft key to playback a voice message from
the text transcript view.
Before you begin
Your voicemail inbox must contain voice messages.
Procedure
1. Press Main menu > Applications > Visual Voicemail.
2. (Optional) Enter your passcode.
3. Toggle to Inbox and press Select.
The phone displays the list of voice messages. Unread messages are marked with a red
dot.
4. Scroll to the voicemail you want to play and press Play.
