Installing the Firebox X Edge
To find your TCP/IP properties, use the instructions for your com-
puter operating system.
Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and
Windows XP

Click Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
The Command Prompt window appears.

At the command prompt, type ipconfig /all and then press
Enter.

Record the values in Your TCP/IP Properties Table on page 15.

Close the window.
Microsoft Windows NT

Click Start > Programs > Command Prompt.
The Command Prompt window appears.

At the command prompt, type ipconfig /all and then press
Enter.

Click Start > Run.
The Run window appears.

Type winipcfg and then press Enter.
The IP Configuration window appears.
3 Select the Ethernet Adapter from the drop-down list.

Click More Info for additional settings.
