ORKING WITH MEMORY
This chapter contains information about:
Saving a phone number to NVRAM
Working with Flash Memory
You can upgrade the software held in Flash memory by performing a
software download. See Chapter 3, Upgrading your Software, for more
information about performing a software downloads.
Courier V.Everything modems contain three types of memory that you
can interact with: random access memory (RAM), nonvolatile rando
access memory (NVRAM), and Flash memory.
Memory type

can store, retrieve,
and change).
Flash
Three templates of
permanent settings
(the Courier
V.Everything
mode 's operating
software).
