This function allows you to intrude on a call of a
busy user with notification (see chapter
"Activate/reply to
intrusion").
This function enables access to the MiCollab
Audio, Web, and Video conferencing from your
SIP phones. Contact your system administrator to
know more about the configuration of MiCollab
Meeting Centre function on your phone.
This function triggers a call back or plays a voice
mail. If the message key is pressed, a call is
triggered or the guest is connected to the voice
mail system and can listen to the voice message.
The function code for the Message function is
*#38.
This function provides seamless mobile
integration using Bluetooth wireless technology.
To know more about the Mobile key, see section
"MobileLink".
Displays the total number of internal and
external calls in the queue. It also displays an
additional information such as number of
external calls and the period of time (in minutes)
the longest call has been in the queue. You can
view the different pieces of information by
toggling the arrow on the softkey representing
queue overview key. Contact your system
administrator to configure this function on your
phone.
You would like to keep the person you are talking
to on hold without blocking a phone line.
