When modifying the time of an existing wake-up
NOTE
call, the time currently set is shown as the initial
value. In the screen displayed for modifying a
wake-up call, the Time field is selected by default.
Delete wake-up call
Press the Wake-up call function key or go to
Reception menu > Wake-up calls on the reception
phone.
→ The phone displays the list of wake-up calls in
chronological order with expired calls at the top.
Select the wake-up call you want to delete.
Press Delete.
→ A confirmation screen appears with the
question Delete wake-up call?
Press Yes to delete the wake-up call.
Alternately, press the arrow on the right side of
the selected wake-up call. Press Wake-up
call: and select Off. You can also press the
Delete softkey to delete the wake-up call.
→ The wake-up call is deleted.
Manage wake-up call while in connection
Press the Wake-up call function key or go to
Reception menu > Wake-up calls on the reception
phone.
The room number corresponding to the call in
speech is pre-entered in the screen for entering
the room number. You, as a receptionist, can
change the room number. Press Ok to confirm
the room number.
→ You can use the Room list key to search for the
room.
