Aperforated sheet of paper labels, and matching plastic covers are enclosed
in abag. The labels are sized for the telephone number. Multiline keys and
Memory Dial keys. Use the following procedure to install the labels and
t h e i r c o v e r s .

Remove the sheet of labels and the plastic covers from the bag.

Write the telephone number on the paper label. Peel the label off the
sheet and place it in the slot as shown in Figure 3-12.
Insert one end of the matching plastic cover into the slot. Align the
other end with the opposite slot and snap into place.
