To receive avoice call in the secure mode automatically, the Auto Secure
On Answer option must be enabled. Refer to Chapter 3, Software Settings,
f o r m o r e i n f o r m a t i o n .
Use the following procedure to receive automatic secure calls.
Make sure Auto Secure On Answer option is enabled.
@Insert the CIK. Turn it one-quarter turn clockwi.se.

The terminal lakes approximately 15 seconds to enter the secure mode. During this
time, the terminals e.xchange and validate authorization information. The terminal
determines if both users have authorized access to the secure mode. While this
occurs, the terminals disable both handsets and the speakerphone microphone.
If you classifications allow asecure call, but the classification levels do not
match, the terminals default to the highest common classification level.
When the terminal enters secure mode, it turns on the SECURE annuncia¬
tor and displays the classification level on the top line. The bottom line
automatically .scrolls through the other terminal's authentication and CIM.
You may manually review the other terminal's authentication, ID and CIM
using the IscrollI key.
