Press IclearI to change the secure call to clear mode. The message

N O T E
If the MUTE annunciator is on. you can hear the other party, but the other party
cannot hear you. Press IMUTE |to activate the handset or speakerphone micro¬
phone unless you have configured the SECTEL 1500for clear mode muted during
installation. Refer to Chapter 3, Software Settings, to change the configuration.
To end the call press Ireset! or place the handset on-hook. If the
speakerphone is active, press ISPKR jto end the call (be sure SPKR
annunciator goes off).

If the other party ends the call while in the secure mode, the message display
