device was an operational fill, or displays the following message if the

Contact the KMC to convert the seed fill data to operational fill data.
Use the CIK identification kit in the shipping package to label the
CIKs. The user should reserve the red label for the Master CIK.
C H E C K I N G T E R M I N A L S T A T U S
Use the following procedure to check the terminal status.
Make sure the handset is on-hook.
@Insert the CIK and turn one-quarter turn clockwise.
Press IPRGM 1. Be sure the PRGM annunciator comes on.
