The SECTEL 1500 has aunique feature called dual keysets. The dual key¬
sets permit the terminal to operate with two completely separate sets of fill
material. The terminal can maintain fill material from two different KMCs,
or two sets of fill material from one KMC.
Each SECTEL 1500 accommodates up to 16 different users. This allows
two groups with different security clearance levels (eight of each) to use the
same telephone. Chapter 5, Security Considerations and Cryptographic Pro¬
cedures, contains information for the use of the dual keysets in the Fill
Procedure for the SECTEL 1500.
