MODULAR SAFETY INTEGRATED CONTROLLER MOSAIC
When the window comparator is not enabled, the output state of the threshold
comparator depends on the value of the measurement and on its current state.
There are two possible states:
➔
OVER THRESHOLD: the output of the comparator is a logic 1 (TRUE)
➔
UNDER THRESHOLD: the output of the comparator is a logic 0 (FALSE)
If the measurement values are over "Threshold" value then the state of the threshold
comparator is "OVER THRESHOLD" until the measurements stay over "Threshold-
Hysteresis" value.
If the measurement values are under "Threshold-Hysteresis" value then the state of
the threshold comparator is "UNDER THRESHOLD" until the measurements stay
under "Threshold" value.
