Back Component Removal and Installation
REMOVE THE EVAPORATOR (continued)

Disconnect the electrical connector to the temperature
sensor.

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to press in the tab above the
evaporator.

Lift the evaporator from the retaining brackets.

Remove the evaporator from the unit.
Remove the Level Measure Pin
TIP: Do not replace the level measure pin without a new pin
tube.

Disconnect the electrical connectors to the level measure
pin.

Pull the level measure pin out of the pin tube.

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry the pin tube from the
evaporator.
4
Remove the level measure pin and pin tube from the unit.
LEVEL MEASURE PIN INSTALLATION
Install the Level Measure Pin
1
Insert the level measure pin into the pin tube.

Insert the level measure pin and pin tube into the
evaporator.

Connect the electrical connector to the level measure pin.
Install the Evaporator

Connect the electrical connector to the temperature sensor.

Insert the evaporator into the retaining tabs on the unit.

Use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry out the tab over the
evaporator.

Connect the condenser water nozzle to the evaporator.
5
Connect the hose from the evaporator to the drain pump
suction.
6
Connect the electrical connector to the level measure pin.
7
Connect the electrical connectors to the evaporator.
Install the Top Plate

Place the top plate on the unit.
2
Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws into the top plate.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR 100C REMOVAL
To remove the temperature sensor 100C, first remove the top
plate and evaporator.
Remove the Top Plate

Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screws from the top and
back of the unit.

Remove the top plate from the unit.
