Top Component Removal and Installation
REMOVE THE TANK HOUSING BASE (continued)

Remove the tank housing base from the unit.
TANK HOUSING BASE INSTALLATION
After installing the tank housing base, install:

Tank housing cover

Valve assembly
3
Top plate
Unit

Water tank

Install the Tank Housing Base

Insert the tank housing base into the control panel.

Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws into the tank
housing base.
CONTROL BOARD REMOVAL
To remove the control board, first remove:

Water tank

Unit
3
Top plate

Remove the Control Board
1
Open the lock(s) on the ribbon cable connectors, and
remove the ribbon cable(s) from the control board.
2
Disconnect the wire connectors from the control board.
3
Open the tabs on the control board bracket along the top of
the control board.
4
Remove the control board from the unit.
CONTROL BOARD INSTALLATION
After installing the control board, install:
Top plate
1
Unit
2
3
Water tank
Install the Control Board
1
Place the bottom of the control board into the control board
bracket supports.

Push the top of the control board into the control board
bracket.
