HANDSET DOESN'T WORK

• Verify that the coiled handset cord jack is fully inserted into the handset.

access on the phone matches the setting on the TalkSwitch.

MESSAGE WAITING COUNT DOESN'T WORK

• Verify that your extension is programmed in TalkSwitch as a TS-80.
