These lights illuminated together indicate Low or No water flow through cell vessel
Verify Moving Water Fully Covers Cell Plates
S tep 2C
Inspect cell vessel, verify cell plates are fully covered by
moving water. If NOT fully covered by moving water,
clear obstructions. If error persists, replace cell (CCELL).
