Verify Power to AQR100
Verify Proper AQR100 Wiring

Breaker and timer
should both be ON
Verify breaker is not tripped, reset breaker by switching
If the breaker and timer are ON, verify proper
to the off position and then back to on. Make sure timer
wiring configuration for the voltage being applied
is "ON". If both are in the "ON" position, go to step 1B.
