Rotate the cradle assemble until the bend in the
cradle tube aligns with the slide block on the top
tube of the outer boom

Torque the 2 setscrews to 1978 to 2542 N∙cm
(175 to 225 in-lb).

Lower the outer booms.
7.
Slowly raise the other outer boom until it first
contacts the cradle.
8.
If either upper cradle tube is misaligned with the
slide blocks, repeat steps
Note:
The blocks must contact the cradle at the
bend in the upper cradle tube
9.
Fully raise the outer booms, shut off the engine,
remove the key, and wait for all moving parts
to stop.

Adjusting the Booms to
Level
The following procedure can be used to adjust the
actuators on the center boom to keep the left and
right booms at level.
1.
Extend the booms to the spray position.
2.
Remove the cotter pin from the pivot pin

Lift up on the boom and remove the pin
119), and slowly lower the boom to the ground.
4.
Inspect the pin for any damage, and replace it
if necessary.
5.
Hold the actuator rod at the flats of the rod using
a wrench, then loosen the jam nut
