Turn the left, center, and right section switches
to the O
position.

Turn the master section switch to the O
and look for the following:
Ensure that RV anti-freeze flows from the
disconnected end of the pressure-gauge
tube.
Spray out the nozzle until the RV anti-freeze
is visible.
4.
Turn the master section switch to the O
position.
5.
Turn the pump switch to the O
6.
Use the boom-section lift switches to raise the
outer boom sections.
Raise the boom sections until they have moved
completely into boom-transport cradle forming
the "X" transport position and the lift cylinders
are fully retracted.
Note:
Make sure that the lift cylinders are fully
retracted to prevent actuator rod damage.
7.
Shut off the engine.
8.
Drain the sprayer tank as completely as
possible.

Servicing the Chassis
1.
Check the air pressure in the tires; refer to

Service the Sprayer
1.
Clean the agitation valve and the 3 section
valves; refer to

Check the condition of all spray hoses.
Note:
Replace any hoses that are worn or
damaged.
4.
Tighten all hose clamps and fittings.

Servicing the Fuel System
1.
Drain the fuel tank; refer to

2.
Prepare fuel with fuel stabilizer according to the
manufacturer's instructions, and add it to the
fuel tank.
3.
Start the engine and run it at idle speed for 5
minutes.
4.
Shut off the engine.
5.
Secure all the fuel-system fittings.

1.
Move the machine in a clean, dry storage area.

Remove the battery from the chassis; refer to

Do not connect the battery cables to the
battery posts during storage.
3.
Check the electrolyte level.
4.
Fully charge the battery; refer to
Battery (page
Important:
charged to prevent it from freezing and being
damaged at temperatures below 32°F (0°C).
A fully charged battery maintains its charge
for about 50 days at temperatures lower
than 4°C (40°F). If the temperatures will be
above 4°C (40°F), check the water level in the
battery and charge it every 30 days.
