Using Voice Digit Dialing

You can dial a phone number with your phone by speaking the
digits with a short pause between each digit. Each digit already
has an associated voice command in English, but you can
re-record these commands if you wish (see "Recording Voice
Commands" on page 123).
Voice Dialing Digits
1. Activate voice dialing (see "Activating Voice Dialing" on
page 121).
2. After the beep, say "dial."
3. When prompted, say the first digit for the number you want
to call. The phone will confirm the digit by echoing
(repeating) the digit or by sounding a tone.
Note:
See "Setting the Number Echo Mode" on page 122 to change the
confirmation.
4. After the confirmation, say the next digit and pause briefly
before saying the next digit. Repeat until the number you
want to call is complete.
5. While digit dialing, you also have the following options:
Say "clear" once to erase the last digit.
Say "clear" twice, you will be asked if you want to erase
the entire number.
Say "verify" to hear the entire number played back to you.
6. When the number is correct, say "call" to begin dialing.
Tip:
You can also digit dial speed dial numbers.
Setting the Number Echo Mode
When you are using Voice Digit Dialing, your phone will
respond to confirm your command. You can turn the Number
Echo on to have the phone echo (repeat) the digit to you or
turn it off to hear a confirmation beep.
